SpursSuites.com is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. Terrace Suites, Ledge Boxes, Theater Boxes & Courtside Boxes). This website is operated by the San Antonio Spurs and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites and boxes posted for sale on this website are directly from the San Antonio Spurs.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data.

Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a San Antonio Spurs suite?

To rent a San Antonio Spurs suite or box at the AT&T Center, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE A SUITE page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the San Antonio Premium Sales Team at 210-444-5661 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Spurs Premium Sales Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Spurs Account Manager and the Spurs will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into the AT&T Center.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All Terrace Suites listed on SpursSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on SpursSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses, additional parking passes and additional Standing Room Only tickets if needed.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event through Levy Restaurants. Following your suite purchase, a Spurs representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Day of Event Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 72 hours prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions found on the Charter, Plaza and Balcony Levels and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people. Please note that most terrace suite packages include a $500 food and beverage credit.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SRO’s) for my suite?

Refer to your box reservation to see if additional tickets are available to purchase. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

During this time additional Standing Room Only tickets are not available for purchase in our Terrace Suites.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into the AT&T Center. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and AT&T Center)?

All bags are restricted to 6" x 8". Any bags larger and all backpacks regardless of size are prohibited. For additional rules, please click here or contact a representative from the Spurs Premium Seating Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets will provide access to the Saddles & Spurs Clubs located on the Charter Level, and the SWBC Terrace Club Restaurant located on the Terrace Level.

Gameday Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Spurs premium lots 2 and 3 on site. You will enter Gate C off of Houston Street to enter both lots.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The SE & SW VIP entrances can be found in front of the VIP Parking Lots on either side of the Whataburger. Your suite ticket allows access to either entrance.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 2 hours prior to tip-off.

What should people wear?

There is no specific dress code for Spurs games.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant provided by Levy Restaurants. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Day of Event Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Day of Event Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find arena favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Gratuity is customary however not required.

If I have an issue with my suite on gameday, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, in your suite using the iPad you can request a member of the Premium Sales & Service Team to visit your suite. You can also contact us through the AT&T Center Area staff.
