Following your purchase, a representative from the Spurs Premium Sales Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.
All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Spurs Account Manager and the Spurs will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into the Frost Bank Center.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses, additional parking passes and additional Standing Room Only tickets if needed.
No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.
Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.
If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event through Silver & Black Experience. Following your suite purchase, a Spurs representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Day of Event Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.
Any catering preorders will be due 72 hours prior to an event.
No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions found on the Charter, Plaza and Balcony Levels and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.
Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people. Please note that most terrace suite packages include a $500 food and beverage credit.
Refer to your box reservation to see if additional tickets are available to purchase. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.
Guest passes are not allowed for suites.
Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into the Frost Bank Center. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.
All bags are restricted to 12" x 12" x 6". Any bags larger and all backpacks regardless of size are prohibited. For additional rules, please click here or contact a representative from the Spurs Premium Seating Department.
Suite tickets will provide access to the Frost Clubs located on the Charter Level, and the Agave Club presented by SWBC located on the Terrace Level.
Your suite will include parking passes in Spurs premium lots 2 and 3 on site. You will enter Gate C off of Houston Street to enter both lots.
The SE & SW VIP entrances can be found in front of the VIP Parking Lots on either side of the Spurs Fan Shop. Your suite ticket allows access to either entrance.
Suite access opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
There is no specific dress code for Spurs games.
Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant provided by Silver & Black Experience. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Day of Event Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Day of Event Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find arena favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.
Gratuity is customary however not required.
If you have an issue in your suite, use the Suite Attendant Call button located on the coffee table to request a member of the Premium Sales & Service Team to visit your suite. You can also contact us through the Frost Bank Center Area staff.
